I like sips of hot cocoa on cold winter days and long walks on the beach.  BARF.  I like cinnamon toast crunch at midnight and wresting with my 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter on our king sized bed.  If I find an old M&M lying on the ground in my home, I eat it.  That also stands for skittles.  I fell into photography after a failed stint trying to get a PhD in cellular and molecular biology.  I failed. Yes, LIFE happens, but I emerged with a camera in hand confident that I had a worthy skill.  It took plenty of trial and error, but I figured out that the most important aspect of photography is hyper-awareness.  At a high level, technical skill is a given, but the intangible knack to nab beautiful moments is what you are paying me for.
