Orange Circle Family Photography//Felten Family//Old Town Orange

Doing family photoshoots during the pandemic has been a bit challenging.  One of the main things I have noticed is that I am not able to convey my emotions to the children while wearing a mask, so they take a bit longer to warm up to me and the camera.  The parents tend to take up the slack and find ways to get their children to smile.  They act like monkeys, throw them in the air,  make crazy faces, play hide and seek,  and the list goes on.  In the end, I feel like these smiles are more genuine and the interactions lead to great candid photos.  Cheers to making lemonade.
